30-Day Return Policy We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

How to Return Email us at support@breezelane.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
